tbagi Terms & Conditions — Please Read Before You Play

These Terms & Conditions (T&C) govern your use of the tbagi platform, including the website, mobile web interface, all games, betting markets, payment services, bonuses, and customer support channels. They apply to all persons who access or use any tbagi service. By creating an account on tbagi or using any feature of the platform, you are expressly agreeing to be bound by these T&C in full. If you do not agree to any part of these terms, you must not register for or use the tbagi platform.

tbagi reserves the right to update these T&C at any time. When material changes are made, we will update the Last Updated date shown above and, where practicable, notify active account holders. Your continued use of the platform after any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically.

You must be a natural person (not a corporation or legal entity) to hold a tbagi account. You must reside in or be physically located in a jurisdiction where accessing online gaming services is not prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your local laws permit you to use tbagi. tbagi makes no representation as to the legality of its services in any particular jurisdiction.

tbagi reserves the right to request proof of identity, age, and residential address at any time and to suspend or close an account pending verification. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within a reasonable timeframe will result in account closure. Real-money winnings may be withheld until verification is complete.

tbagi does not accept cash deposits. All funds deposited into your tbagi account must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts, including family members, are not permitted and will result in account suspension pending investigation. Funds identified as originating from unauthorised sources will be returned and any associated winnings will be voided.

All games offered on tbagi use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology supplied by the relevant game provider. Game outcomes are determined entirely by the RNG and are not influenced by tbagi or any third party. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages are set by each game provider and are consistent with that provider's published technical specifications. tbagi does not alter RTP settings and has no ability to influence the outcome of any individual game round.

Sports betting markets on tbagi — including cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, bilateral series), football, and kabaddi — are settled in accordance with the specific rules of the market type. In the event of a dispute regarding market settlement, tbagi's settlement decision is final. Errors in odds or market listings will be corrected; bets placed on clearly erroneous odds may be voided at tbagi's discretion.

In the event of a technical malfunction during a game session — including connection interruptions, server errors, or game freezes — tbagi will use its reasonable endeavours to reconstruct the game state from server logs and settle the round accordingly. If a round cannot be reconstructed with sufficient certainty, the stake will be returned to the player's tbagi wallet. tbagi's decision in such cases is final. Players are advised to maintain a stable internet connection during play.

tbagi provides the platform and its services on an as-is and as-available basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, tbagi makes no warranties — express or implied — regarding the uninterrupted availability, accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose of the platform or any game or service offered on it. tbagi shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive loss arising from your use of the platform, including loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of access to your account.

In the event of a discrepancy between the result displayed in your tbagi account and the result recorded on tbagi's servers, the server record shall be the authoritative and definitive record. tbagi's game logs, transaction records, and account histories are maintained in accordance with industry-standard data retention practices and constitute the primary evidence in any dispute. Players who believe a result is incorrect must raise the matter with tbagi customer support within 72 hours of the disputed event.

These T&C shall be interpreted in accordance with general principles of international online gaming industry practice. tbagi makes no representation that the services offered are appropriate or available for use in jurisdictions outside Bangladesh. Players accessing tbagi from outside Bangladesh do so at their own risk and are solely responsible for compliance with applicable local laws. Any dispute not resolved through tbagi's customer support process will be subject to final binding arbitration.
